Our Core Privacy Commitment
AutoListerpro is designed to streamline product listing, pricing calculation, and catalog management for Meesho e-commerce sellers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
We collect only the minimum data required to authenticate your account and execute listing automation requested directly by you.
1 User Data Collection
In accordance with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, this section provides exhaustive details regarding the types of data collected, the source of collection, and why each category is necessary.
A. Account & Authentication Information
When you create an account or sign in to AutoListerpro:
Google OAuth Identity: If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google user ID, name, email address, and profile photo URL via chrome.identity and Google OAuth2.
Email & Password: If you register directly, we store your email address and an encrypted credential token via Firebase Authentication.
Firebase Unique ID (UID): A pseudonymous identifier assigned to link your account to your active subscription status.
B. E-Commerce & Listing Data
When you utilize the extension on supported seller portals:
Catalog & Product Details: Product titles, descriptions, catalog IDs, pricing, GST rates, HSN codes, and inventory counts that you choose to automate or analyze.
Custom Listing Templates & Drafts: Field mappings, presets, and form automation rules created by you.
Product Images: Image URLs and files selected for compliance checking, background enhancement, or bulk downloading.
C. Technical & Diagnostic Data
IP Address: Temporarily queried via trusted IP verification services (api.ipify.org, api.db-ip.com) strictly for rate-limiting, preventing fraudulent multiple account creation, and enforcing single-device session integrity.
Error & Diagnostic Logs: Breakage reports related to web portal DOM selectors (e.g. if Meesho updates their form structure) sent to improve automation reliability. These logs do not contain seller passwords or personal financial records.

2 User Data Handling & Processing
AutoListerpro handles your data strictly to provide user-facing features requested by you. We adhere strictly to the Single Purpose Policy and the Limited Use Requirements of the Google Chrome Web Store.
How Data is Processed:
Automated Form Filling: Injects your saved listing templates and product attributes directly into Meesho seller panel form inputs, saving repetitive manual labor.
Profit & Shipping Calculation: Calculates expected net profit, bank payouts, and optimal shipping costs based on the pricing data you input or view.
Image Optimization & Compliance: Compresses images locally in your browser and optionally checks them against e-commerce compliance guidelines using the Gemini API.
License & Subscription Validation: Verifies whether your account has an active trial, Yearly Pro, or Lifetime VIP tier.
Strict Limited Use Guarantees:
We DO NOT use or transfer user data for serving personalized, re-targeted, or behavioral advertisements.
We DO NOT use or transfer user data to evaluate creditworthiness or for financial lending purposes.
We DO NOT sell, rent, license, or monetize personal user data to brokers, advertising networks, or third-party marketing services.
Human access to user data is strictly prohibited, except where explicit consent is granted by you for technical troubleshooting, required by applicable law, or when data is aggregated and anonymized for internal security audits.
3 User Data Storage & Security
We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
A. Local vs. Cloud Storage
Local Device Storage: Your product drafts, custom templates, and user preferences are stored directly on your computer within chrome.storage.local and browser IndexedDB. You retain total physical control over this data.
Cloud Database (Google Cloud Firestore): User profile metadata (email, account creation timestamp, plan tier, and device token) is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (region us-central1) protected by strict Firebase Security Rules.
B. Encryption Standards
In Transit: All data transmitted between the extension, backend services, and external APIs is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
At Rest: Cloud databases utilize AES-256 server-side encryption provided by Google Cloud Platform. Local session authentication tokens employ a strict 15-minute Time-To-Live (TTL) expiration.
C. Payment & Financial Information Security
Payment transactions for paid subscriptions (Yearly Pro, Lifetime VIP) are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.
AutoListerpro never collects, processes, transmits, or stores credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
All financial checkout operations occur directly inside Razorpay's encrypted gateway.
D. Data Retention & Disposal
Local storage data persists until you clear your browser cache, click "Clear Data" in the extension Settings, or uninstall the extension.
Cloud user account records are maintained as long as your account remains active. Inactive trial accounts with no activity for over 180 days may be automatically purged.
4 User Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures
